  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OD81 is used to display messages by partner function. This transaction code is used to view messages that have been sent or received by a partner function. It can also be used to view the status of the messages and to delete them if necessary. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The OD81 transaction code allows users to view messages that have been sent or received by a partner function. It also allows users to view the status of the messages and delete them if necessary. The messages can be filtered by date, sender, recipient, and message type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OD81 in the command field. 
  2. Select the partner function for which you want to view messages. 
  3. Select the date range for which you want to view messages. 
  4. Select the sender and recipient of the message if applicable. 
  5. Select the message type if applicable. 
  6. Click on “Execute” to display the list of messages for the selected criteria. 
  7. To delete a message, select it and click on “Delete” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  8. To view a message, select it and click on “Display” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  9. To change the status of a message, select it and click on “Change Status” button at the bottom of the screen.
