    6. Enter the name of the report group in the “Group Name” field. 
    7. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to the report group. 
    8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing report group. 
    9. Enter the name of the report group in the “Group Name” field. 
    10. Select the “Save” button to delete the report group from the system. 
    11. Select the “Assign Texts” button to assign a text to a report group. 
    12. Enter the name of the text in the “Text Name” field and select “Save” to save it to the system. 
    13. Select the “Assign Users/Groups” button to assign a user or group of users to a specific report group. 
    14. Enter the name of the user or group of users in the “User/Group Name” field and select “Save” to save it to the system. 
    15. Select “Back” or press F3 on your keyboard when you are finished making changes or creating/deleting report groups and their associated texts in order to exit out of this transaction code screen and return back to your previous screen in SAP system.
