  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OCDG (Maintain Report Groups) is used to create and maintain report groups in the SAP system. Report groups are used to group reports together for easier access and management.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OCDG in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new report group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Reports” from the menu bar. 
  5. Select the reports you want to assign to the report group and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Assign Authorization Profiles” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the authorization profiles you want to assign to the report group and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the report group.

  It is recommended that users test their report groups before activating them in order to ensure that they are working properly and that all of the reports are assigned correctly.
