  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OAC2 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new document type and select “Global” as the type of document type. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new document type. 
  5. Select “Change” from the menu bar to change an existing document type. 
  6. Enter the name of the document type you want to change and select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Delete” from the menu bar to delete an existing document type. 
  9. Enter the name of the document type you want to delete and select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  10. Confirm that you want to delete the document type by selecting “Yes” from the confirmation dialog box.

  It is important to note that when deleting a document type, all documents associated with that document type will also be deleted from the system. Therefore, it is recommended that users take caution when deleting a document type and ensure that all documents associated with it have been backed up before deleting it from the system.
