    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code MF3D is used to delete archived documents from the SAP system. This transaction code is used to delete documents that have been archived in the system and are no longer needed.

    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code MF3D in the command field. 
    2. Select the document type you want to delete from the list of available document types. 
    3. Enter the document number of the document you want to delete in the Document Number field. 
    4. Click on Execute (F8). 
    5. Confirm that you want to delete the document by clicking Yes in the confirmation dialog box. 
    6. The document will be deleted from the system and can no longer be retrieved from the archive.

    It is important to note that once a document has been deleted using this transaction code, it cannot be retrieved from the archive.
