  MCO9 allows users to view the OTB planning for a particular material or material group. It displays the planned stock levels and the planned orders for a particular material or material group.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code MCO9 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Material” radio button and enter the material number or select the “Material Group” radio button and enter the material group number. 
  3. Click on “Execute” button to display the OTB planning for the selected material or material group. 
  4. The OTB planning will be displayed in a table format with columns such as “Material”, “Planned Stock Level”, “Planned Orders”, etc. 
  5. The user can then view and analyze the OTB planning for the selected material or material group. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users use MCO9 in conjunction with other transaction codes such as MC02 (Change Material Master) and MC50 (Display Material Master) in order to get a better understanding of their inventory levels and orders. Additionally, users should also use other reports such as MRP List and Stock/Requirements List in order to get an overview of their inventory levels and orders.
