  1. Enter transaction code KSB5N in the command field. 
  2. Enter the controlling document number in the Document Number field. 
  3. Select the document type from the drop-down list. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The system will display all the actual line items for that controlling document. 
  6. To view more details about a particular line item, double-click on it. 
  7. The system will display all the details about that line item, such as account assignment object, amount, and currency of the document. 
  8. To exit this transaction code, click on Back (F3).
