  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code JYB2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the document type you want to delete from the list of available document types. 
  3. Select the document number you want to delete from the list of available document numbers. 
  4. Click on “Delete” to delete the selected document from the system. 
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the document by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  6. The document will be deleted from the system and you will be returned to the main screen.
