    Overview:
    SAP transaction code JKR4 is used to release customer complaints. This transaction code is used to close customer complaints that have been resolved and to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the resolution. 
    
    Functionality: 
    JKR4 allows users to release customer complaints that have been resolved. It also allows users to enter a resolution code and a resolution text, which will be stored in the system for future reference.     Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the complaint number in the “Complaint Number” field. 
    2. Enter the resolution code in the “Resolution Code” field. 
    3. Enter the resolution text in the “Resolution Text” field. 
    4. Enter the customer satisfaction rating in the “Customer Satisfaction Rating” field. 
    5. Click “Release” to release the complaint and close it in the system.
