  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code JHR2 is used to change the settlement rule in the Human Resources (HR) module of the SAP system. It is used to define the rules for how an employee's salary is calculated and paid out. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The JHR2 transaction code allows users to define the rules for how an employee's salary is calculated and paid out. This includes setting up the payment frequency, the amount of deductions, and any other conditions that need to be met for the salary to be paid out. The transaction code also allows users to view and edit existing settlement rules. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code JHR2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Change” button. 
  3. Enter the name of the settlement rule you want to change in the “Settlement Rule” field. 
  4. Make any necessary changes to the rule and click “Save” when finished. 
  5. Click “Back” to return to the main screen.

  It is important to note that changes made using this transaction code will only take effect after they have been activated in the system. To activate a changed settlement rule, use transaction code JHR3. Additionally, it is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the available options in order to make sure they are making the most effective changes for their organization's needs.
