  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Access ILM_LHM by entering the transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create Legal Hold” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the details of the legal hold, including the scope, responsible parties, and any associated tasks or activities. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To view all documents and data that are subject to a legal hold, select “View Legal Holds” from the menu bar. 
  6. To monitor or manage a legal hold, select “Manage Legal Holds” from the menu bar. 
  7. To delete a legal hold, select “Delete Legal Hold” from the menu bar.
