  5. Select the “Activate” button to activate the phrase. 
  6. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of the transaction code. 
  7. To edit an existing phrase, select it from the list of phrases and then select the “Change” button. 
  8. To delete an existing phrase, select it from the list of phrases and then select the “Delete” button.
