  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code HRUTQTA0 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Generate Absence Quotas” from the menu. 
  3. Enter the start and end dates of the quota period. 
  4. Select the type of quota (e.g., vacation, sick leave, etc.). 
  5. Enter the number of days allocated for each employee. 
  6. Click “Execute” to generate the absence quotas for all employees in the system. 
  7. To view or edit an existing absence quota, select “Display/Change Absence Quotas” from the menu and enter the employee ID or name in the search field. 
  8. To delete an existing absence quota, select “Delete Absence Quotas” from the menu and enter the employee ID or name in the search field. 
  9. To create a new absence quota, select “Create Absence Quotas” from the menu and enter all necessary information about the employee and their quota period in the fields provided. 
  10. Click “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
