  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code HRUTQTA0 is used to generate absence quotas for employees in an organization. This transaction code is used to create and manage the absence quotas of employees in the system. It allows users to view, edit, and delete existing absence quotas as well as create new ones.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code HRUTQTA0 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Generate Absence Quotas” from the menu. 
  3. Enter the start and end dates of the quota period. 
  4. Select the type of quota (e.g., vacation, sick leave, etc.). 
  5. Enter the number of days allocated for each employee. 
  6. Click “Execute” to generate the absence quotas for all employees in the system. 
  7. To view or edit an existing absence quota, select “Display/Change Absence Quotas” from the menu and enter the employee ID or name in the search field.
