  2. Enter transaction code FOAR31 in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the name of the archive you wish to create in the “Archive Name” field. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  6. Select the “Assign” option from the menu bar to assign an archive to a user or group of users. 
  7. Enter the user or group name in the “User/Group Name” field and select “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. Select “View” from the menu bar to view archived documents stored in an archive.
