  Overview:
  EMMAC3 is a SAP transaction code used to display case management information in the SAP system. It is used to view and manage cases related to customer service, sales, and other business processes. 
  
  Functionality: 
  EMMAC3 allows users to view and manage cases related to customer service, sales, and other business processes. It provides an overview of all cases in the system, including their status, priority, and assigned personnel. It also allows users to create new cases, assign personnel to existing cases, and update case information. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code EMMAC3 in the command field. 
  2. The Case Management Overview: screen will appear. 
  3. Select the desired case from the list of available cases. 
  4. The Case Details screen will appear with information about the selected case. 
  5. To create a new case, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter the necessary information for the new case and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To assign personnel to an existing case, click on the “Assign” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Select the desired personnel from the list of available personnel and click “Save” when finished. 
  9. To update case information, click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen and make any necessary changes before clicking “Save” when finished.
