  1. Enter transaction code DRC4 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the material number and plant in the selection screen. 
  3. Select “Condition Type” as V_T681F and click “Execute”. 
  4. The list of existing condition records will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To create a new condition record, click on “New Entries” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter all required details and click “Save” to save the new condition record. 
  7. To change an existing condition record, select it from the list and click on “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Make necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
  9. To delete an existing condition record, select it from the list
