  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code DAGADM is used to display the data aging administrator. It is used to manage the data aging process in the SAP system. Data aging is a process of deleting or archiving data that is no longer needed or relevant. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The DAGADM transaction code allows users to view and manage the data aging process. It provides a list of all the data aging administrators and their roles in the system. It also allows users to view the status of each administrator, such as whether they are active or inactive, and their assigned tasks. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  To use the DAGADM transaction code, follow these steps 
  1. Log into your SAP system. 
  2. Enter the transaction code DAGADM in the command field. 
  3. The list of data aging administrators will be displayed. 
  4. Select an administrator from the list to view their details and status. 
  5. To assign tasks to an administrator, select the “Assign Task” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Select a task from the list and assign it to the administrator. 
  7. To activate or deactivate an administrator, select the “Activate/Deactivate” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  8. Select an administrator from the list and click “Activate” or “Deactivate” as needed. 
  9. To save your changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
