  5. Enter the recipient address in the “Recipient” field. 
  6. Enter a subject line for the message in the “Subject” field. 
  7. Enter the body of the message in the “Body” field. 
  8. Select a language for the message from the dropdown menu in the “Language” field. 
  9. Select any attachments that should be included with the message from the list of available attachments in the “Attachments” field.
