  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new archiving work center. 
  3. Enter the name of the archiving work center and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” button to change an existing archiving work center. 
  5. Enter the name of the archiving work center and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing archiving work center. 
  7. Enter the name of the archiving work center and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Authorization Profile” button to assign authorization profiles to an archiving work center. 
  9. Enter the name of the authorization profile and select “Save”. 
  10. Select the “Display” button to view archived data stored in the system. 
  11. Enter the name of the archived data and select “Display”. 
  12. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of CRA3 transaction code. 
  13. Select “Exit” to exit from CRA3 transaction code screen.
