    3. Create a new regulatory list by selecting “New Entries” from the menu. 
    4. Enter a name and description for the new list, then select “Save”. 
    5. Assign the list to a country or region by selecting “Assign Country/Region” from the menu. 
    6. Select a country or region from the list, then select “Save”. 
    7. To edit an existing list, select it from the list of regulatory lists and select “Change” from the menu. 
    8. Make any necessary changes, then select “Save” when finished. 
    9. To delete a list, select it from the list of regulatory lists and select “Delete” from the menu. 
    10. Confirm that you want to delete the list by selecting “Yes” when prompted.
