  The CGC2 transaction code enables users to create, edit, and delete usage profiles for hazardous materials. It also allows users to assign usage profiles to specific production processes. This helps ensure that hazardous materials are used in a safe and responsible manner. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CGC2 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the usage profile, such as material type, material group, and usage description. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the profile. 
  5. To assign a usage profile to a production process, select the “Assign” option from the menu bar and enter the necessary information for the process. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the assignment. 
  7. To edit or delete an existing usage profile, select the “Change” or “Delete” option from the menu bar respectively and enter the necessary information for the profile or assignment. 
  8. Select “Save” to save any changes or confirm deletion of a profile or assignment.
