    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code SM36 in the command field. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter a job name and description in the appropriate fields. 
    4. Select a start date and time for the job to begin running. 
    5. Select a frequency for the job to run (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). 
    6. Enter any additional parameters for the job (e.g., duration). 
    7. Select “Save” to save the job settings. 
    8. Select “Execute” to start the job immediately or “Schedule” to schedule it for later execution. 
    9. To monitor existing jobs, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter a job name or other criteria in the appropriate fields. 
    10. To view job logs, select “Logs” from the menu bar and enter a job name or other criteria in the appropriate fields.
