For example, unplanned charges, such as waiting fees at a port, arise at a handover point between a carrier for a seller and a carrier for a buyer. The carrier for the buyer charges the unplanned waiting fees directly to the carrier for the seller. The carrier for the buyer specifies the carrier for the seller as the unplanned business partner when creating the invoice.
