What is unplaced attendee in SAP PE - Training and Event Management?

  • Component Name: Training and Event Management

  • Description: An attendee that does not receive a place when an event is firmly booked. These attendees are put on the waiting list. Customizing settings determine whether unplaced attendees are: Rebooked to the attendee list of another event Prebooked for the event type Left on the waiting list of the event when the event is firmly booked.

    Unplaced attendee is a term used in SAP’s Training and Event Management (PE) component. It refers to a person who has registered for an event but has not been assigned a seat or place in the event. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to use the unplaced attendee feature, you must first create an event in the PE component. Once the event is created, you can register attendees for the event. If an attendee is registered but not assigned a seat or place, they will be considered an unplaced attendee. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When registering attendees for an event, it is important to assign them a seat or place as soon as possible. This will help ensure that all attendees are accounted for and that no one is left out.
