    Catalog defaults are settings that are applied to all items in a catalog. These settings can include the currency, language, and unit of measure for the items in the catalog. They can also include the default supplier for each item, as well as any other relevant information. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Catalog defaults are set up in the SAP SRM system. To do this, go to the SRM-Catalogue Content Management (SRD-SRM-CCM) component and select “Define Catalog Defaults” from the menu. From there, you can enter the desired settings for each item in the catalog. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When setting up catalog defaults, it is important to make sure that all of the settings are consistent across all items in the catalog. This will ensure that all items are priced correctly and that all orders are processed correctly.
