    How to use it: In SAP software, the service agent status can be found in the SRD-BC-TLS-DTM CRO-Data Migration component. To view the status of a service agent, navigate to the SRD-BC-TLS-DTM CRO-Data Migration component and select the “Service Agent Status” option. This will display a list of all active and inactive service agents.
    Tips & Tricks: When viewing the list of service agents, it is important to note that inactive service agents are marked with an asterisk (*). This will help you quickly identify which service agents are currently active and which are not.
