In SAP, the Certificate of Exportation is used in Foreign Trade (SD-FT) to document the export of goods. How to use it: In SAP, the Certificate of Exportation is created in the Foreign Trade module (SD-FT). The Certificate of Exportation can be created manually or automatically. To create it manually, go to the SD-FT menu and select “Create Certificate of Exportation”. To create it automatically, go to the SD-FT menu and select “Automatic Creation of Certificates”. Tips & Tricks: When creating a Certificate of Exportation, make sure to include all relevant information such as the name and address of the exporter, the name and address of the importer, and a description of the goods being exported. Additionally, make sure to include any additional documents that may be required by customs authorities such as invoices or packing lists.
