  A Certificate of Exportation is a document issued by the exporting country's customs authority to certify that goods have been exported from the country. It is used in international trade to prove that goods have been exported and to provide evidence of origin for the purpose of obtaining preferential treatment in the importing country. In SAP, the Certificate of Exportation is used in Foreign Trade (SD-FT) to document the export of goods. 
  
  How to use it: 
  In SAP, the Certificate of Exportation is created in the Foreign Trade module (SD-FT). The Certificate of Exportation can be created manually or automatically. To create it manually, go to the SD-FT menu and select “Create Certificate of Exportation”. To create it automatically, go to the SD-FT menu and select “Automatic Creation of Certificates”. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating a Certificate of Exportation, make sure to include all relevant information such as the name and address of the exporter, the name and address of the importer, and a description of the goods being exported. Additionally, make sure to include any additional documents that may be required by customs authorities such as invoices or packing lists.
