  • Key Concepts:
Fixed amount is a type of payment in SAP Business One (SBO) that is set to a specific amount and does not change. This type of payment is used when the amount of the payment is known in advance and does not need to be adjusted.

    How to use it:
In SBO, fixed amount payments can be set up in the Payment Terms window. To do this, select the “Fixed Amount” option from the drop-down menu and enter the desired amount. This will ensure that the payment will always be the same amount, regardless of any changes in the invoice or other factors.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting up a fixed amount payment, it is important to make sure that the amount entered is correct. If the amount is incorrect, it could lead to discrepancies between what was expected and what was actually paid.
