The deduction amount can be set as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the total invoice amount. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the deduction amount feature in SBO, first open the invoice you wish to adjust. Then, select the “Deduction Amount” option from the menu. Enter the desired deduction amount and select “OK” to apply the deduction. The total invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When entering the deduction amount, make sure to enter it in the correct currency. Also, if you are entering a percentage-based deduction, make sure to enter it as a decimal (e.g., 0.10 for 10%).
