Component: SBO
Component Name: SAP Business One
Description: Circumstances that are relevant to a business fact in XBRL reporting. A context defines the reporting entity, the period of time or point in time to which the fact is relevant, and an optional reporting scenario.
Key Concepts: Context in SAP Business One (SBO) is a term used to describe the current state of the system. It includes the current user, the current company, and the current language. Context is important because it affects how the system behaves and what data is available to the user. How to use it: In SBO, context is set automatically when a user logs in. The user's context will be set to their user ID, the company they are associated with, and the language they have selected. This context will remain until the user logs out or changes their context manually. Tips & Tricks: It is important to remember that context can be changed manually if needed. This can be done by selecting a different company or language from the drop-down menus in the top right corner of the screen. It is also possible to switch between multiple companies without logging out by using the “Switch Company” button in the top right corner of the screen.
