  • Description: An area in the upper persistent part of the SAP CRM and Interaction Center IC WebClient interface. It contains a combination of account information, alerts, communication information, scratch pad, toolbar functions, and work mode options which together provide background information and tools to complete the current interaction. &EXAMPLE& As soon as the agent has identified the account, the name of the account is displayed in the context area.
