• Description: A grouping of characteristics belonging to a characteristic category. These characteristics are used for adjustments based on the representative list of rents or on points. From the characteristics that belong to the same group within a characteristic category, you can only select one fixtures and fittings characteristic, or enter points for only one characteristic.

  A characteristic group is a feature of the RE-FX Flexible Real Estate Management component of SAP. It is used to group together characteristics, which are attributes of a real estate object such as a building or a piece of land. Characteristic groups are used to define the characteristics that are relevant for a particular real estate object. 
  
  How to use it: 
  Characteristic groups can be created in the RE-FX Flexible Real Estate Management component of SAP. To create a characteristic group, go to the “Characteristic Groups” tab in the RE-FX Flexible Real Estate Management component and click “Create”. Enter the name of the characteristic group and select the characteristics that should be included in the group. Once the characteristic group is created, it can be assigned to a real estate object.

  When creating a characteristic group, it is important to consider which characteristics are relevant for the real estate object that it will be assigned to. This will ensure that only relevant information is included in the characteristic group and that unnecessary information is not included.
