    A wage type statement is a report generated in the SAP Payroll (PY) component that provides a detailed overview of an employee’s wages and deductions. It includes information such as the employee’s gross and net wages, taxes, deductions, and other wage-related information. 
    
    How to use it: 
    The wage type statement can be accessed in the SAP Payroll (PY) component by navigating to the “Reports” tab. From there, select “Wage Type Statement” and enter the employee’s personnel number. The report will then be generated with all of the relevant information. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    The wage type statement can be customized to include additional information such as overtime hours, vacation days, and other wage-related data. To do this, navigate to the “Customize” tab in the SAP Payroll (PY) component and select “Wage Type Statement”. From there, you can add or remove fields as needed.
