    Target time is a feature in SAP Personnel Time Management (PT) that allows users to set a target time for an employee’s work schedule. This target time is used to calculate the employee’s overtime hours and ensure that they are working the correct amount of hours. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use target time, users must first enter the employee’s target time in the system. This can be done by entering the start and end times of the employee’s work schedule. Once this is done, the system will automatically calculate the employee’s overtime hours based on their target time. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that target time is only used to calculate overtime hours and does not affect the employee’s actual work schedule. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the target time entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date.
