    To create a project brief in PPM-FIO, users must first log into the system and navigate to the “Project Briefs” page. From there, they can select “Create Project Brief” to begin entering information about the project. Once all of the necessary information has been entered, users can save the project brief and share it with other stakeholders.

    When creating a project brief in PPM-FIO, it is important to be as detailed as possible. This will ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project’s goals and objectives. Additionally, it is important to keep the project brief up-to-date as changes occur throughout the course of the project.
