  Publishing status is a feature in SAP Resource Management that allows users to control the visibility of resources. When a resource is published, it is visible to all users in the system. When it is unpublished, it is only visible to the user who created it. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To set the publishing status of a resource, go to the Resource Management tab in SAP and select the resource you want to change. Then, click on the “Publishing Status” button and select either “Published” or “Unpublished”. Once you have made your selection, click “Save” to save your changes.

  It is important to remember that when a resource is unpublished, it will not be visible to other users in the system. This can be useful if you want to keep certain resources private or if you want to make sure that only certain users can access them.
