    Version Linkage in SAP Production Planning and Control (PP) is a feature that allows users to link different versions of a production order. This allows users to keep track of changes made to the production order over time, and to easily revert back to a previous version if needed. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use version linkage in PP, users must first create a production order. Once the order is created, users can make changes to it as needed. When making changes, users can choose to save the changes as a new version of the production order. This will create a link between the original version and the new version, allowing users to easily access both versions. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using version linkage in PP, it is important to remember that only certain changes can be saved as a new version. For example, changes to the quantity or duration of the production order cannot be saved as a new version.
