  • Description: A condition of an item in an Operational WCD that defines what state an item must have for lockout/tagout. You differentiate between a tagging condition and a temporary untagging condition. &EXAMPLE& You need to close a mechanical valve for tagging, and re-open for untagging: Tagging condition CLOSED - the valve is closed Untagging condition OPEN - the valve is open
