    Manage Allergens is a feature of the Recipe Development component of SAP's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Web User Interface (WUI). It allows users to manage allergens in recipes, including adding, editing, and deleting allergens. Allergens are substances that can cause an allergic reaction in some people. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Manage Allergens, users must first log into the Recipe Development component of the PLM-WUI. Once logged in, users can access the Manage Allergens feature by clicking on the “Manage Allergens” button. This will open a window where users can add, edit, and delete allergens from recipes. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When adding or editing allergens, it is important to make sure that all relevant information is included. This includes the allergen name, type (e.g. food or chemical), and any other relevant information such as potential cross-contamination risks.
