    Outside the area of responsibility is a term used in SAP Talent Management (PA-TM) to refer to the process of assigning tasks to employees who are not part of the same organizational unit or team. This allows for tasks to be delegated to employees who have the necessary skills and expertise, regardless of their organizational structure. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP Talent Management, outside the area of responsibility can be used to assign tasks to employees who are not part of the same organizational unit or team. This can be done by selecting the “Assign Task” option from the Talent Management menu and then selecting “Outside the Area of Responsibility” from the drop-down menu. From there, you can select the employee you want to assign the task to and enter any additional information needed. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When assigning tasks outside the area of responsibility, it is important to ensure that the employee has the necessary skills and expertise to complete the task. Additionally, it is important to communicate clearly with the employee about expectations and deadlines for completion.
