  • Key Concepts: 
    Completed in the PA-RC Recruitment component of SAP refers to the status of a recruitment process. When a recruitment process is marked as completed, it means that all the necessary steps have been taken and the process is finished. This includes all activities such as posting job openings, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and making an offer. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to mark a recruitment process as completed in SAP, the user must first navigate to the PA-RC Recruitment component. Once there, they can select the recruitment process they wish to mark as completed and click on the “Mark as Completed” button. This will change the status of the recruitment process from “In Progress” to “Completed”. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to remember that marking a recruitment process as completed does not mean that it is closed. The recruitment process can still be reopened if needed. Additionally, it is important to note that marking a recruitment process as completed does not automatically trigger any other actions such as sending out offer letters or onboarding new employees.
