    Completed is a status in the Personnel Development (PA-PD) component of SAP. It indicates that a task or activity has been completed and is no longer active. This status can be assigned to any task or activity in the PA-PD component, such as training courses, development plans, and evaluations. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To assign the Completed status to a task or activity in the PA-PD component, go to the relevant task or activity and select the Completed option from the drop-down menu. This will indicate that the task or activity has been completed and is no longer active. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When assigning the Completed status to a task or activity, make sure to save your changes before exiting the page. This will ensure that your changes are saved and that the Completed status is applied correctly. 
    
    Related Information:
