  • Key Concepts:
A development plan group is a grouping of development plans in the Personnel Development (PA-PD) component of SAP. It is used to organize and manage development plans for employees. The development plan group can be used to assign a set of development plans to a group of employees, or to assign a single development plan to multiple employees.

    How to use it:
To create a development plan group, go to the Personnel Development (PA-PD) component in SAP and select the “Development Plan Group” option. Enter the name of the group and select the development plans that you want to assign to the group. Once you have saved the group, you can assign it to employees by selecting the “Assign Development Plan Group” option.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating a development plan group, it is important to consider the needs of each employee. For example, if some employees need more advanced training than others, you may want to create separate groups for each level of training. This will make it easier to assign the appropriate development plans to each employee.
