  • Description: A structural element for mapping an appraisal process. The process element describes the appraisal process in more detail using the infotypes Relationship 1001 and Verbal Description 1002, including the role-based subtypes for infotype 1002 subtypes apply only for the predefined Performance Management process. Subtypes for infotype 1002: 5021 - Task Title Manager 5022 - Description Manager 5023 - Task Title Employee 5024 - Description Employee Depending on the process type infotype Process Description 5028 - PROCESS_TYPE of the process element, the following exist: Process - the top process element Phase Step Example For the appraisal template 'year-end appraisal', the process 'Year-End Appraisal 2010' exists. The process consists of the following phases: Phase 1: Planning Phase 1 has Step 1: Create appraisal document Phase 1 has Step 2: Define targets Phase 2: Appraisal Phase 2 has Step 1: Submit part appraisal Phase 2 has Step 2: Submit appraisal
