  • Key Concepts:
C/O stands for “Change of” and is used in the Personnel Administration (PA-PA) component of SAP. It is used to indicate a change in an employee’s personnel data, such as a change in job title, salary, or department.

    How to use it:
In order to use the C/O feature, you must first enter the employee’s personnel data into the system. Once this is done, you can then enter the C/O code into the system to indicate that there has been a change in the employee’s data. This will then trigger an update in the system to reflect the new information.

    Tips & Tricks:
When entering a C/O code, make sure to double-check that all of the information is correct before submitting it. This will help ensure that the system is updated with accurate information and that any changes are properly reflected in the employee’s personnel data.
