MULT, Multiplication Calculates the cost-of-living allowance COLA on the basis the factor specified in Customizing.

    Evaluation method is a feature of the Personnel Administration (PA) component of the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. It is used to evaluate the performance of global employees in an organization. It allows for the creation of evaluation forms, which can be used to assess employee performance and provide feedback. The evaluation method also allows for the creation of evaluation plans, which are used to define the criteria and process for evaluating employees. 
    
    How to use it:
