    Evaluation groups are used in SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA) to group assets together for the purpose of evaluation. Evaluation groups are used to assign a common set of characteristics to a group of assets, such as depreciation methods, useful lives, and other accounting information. This allows for easier and more efficient management of assets. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create an evaluation group, go to the Asset Accounting menu in SAP and select “Create Evaluation Group”. Enter the name of the group and select the desired characteristics for the group. Once the group is created, you can assign assets to it by selecting “Assign Assets to Evaluation Group” from the Asset Accounting menu. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating an evaluation group, it is important to consider how you will use it. Think about which characteristics are most important for your assets and make sure that they are included in the group. Also, make sure that you assign all relevant assets to the group so that they can be evaluated properly.
