Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Retention period is a feature in SAP E-Recruiting that allows employers to set a specific time frame for how long they want to keep job postings active. This feature helps employers manage their job postings more efficiently and ensures that only relevant job postings are visible to potential applicants.

    How to use it:
To set a retention period for a job posting, go to the “Job Postings” tab in the E-Recruiting module. Select the job posting you want to edit and click “Edit”. In the “Retention Period” field, enter the number of days you want the job posting to remain active. Once you have entered the desired number of days, click “Save” to save your changes.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to note that the retention period will begin counting down from the day you set it, not from the day the job posting was created. Additionally, if you want to extend the retention period of a job posting, you can do so by simply entering a new number of days in the “Retention Period” field and clicking “Save”.
