  • Key Concepts:
Deactivated is a term used in OPU-DUE Duet Enterprise, which is a SAP software solution that enables companies to integrate their Microsoft Office 365 and SAP systems. Deactivated refers to the status of an object in the system, such as a user or a document, that has been disabled and is no longer active.

    How to use it:
When an object is deactivated, it can no longer be used in the system. This means that users will not be able to access the object or any of its associated data. To deactivate an object, an administrator must log into the system and select the object they wish to deactivate. Once selected, they can click the “Deactivate” button to disable the object.

    Tips & Tricks:
When deactivating an object, it is important to remember that all associated data will also be disabled. This includes any documents or files associated with the object. It is also important to note that once an object has been deactivated, it cannot be reactivated without an administrator’s permission.
