SAP Term: close date

Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Close date is a feature of the SAP MP-APP-DPE Dynamic Pricing Engine. It is used to define the date when a pricing agreement will be closed and no longer valid. This date can be set manually or automatically based on the agreement's terms and conditions.

    How to use it:
The close date can be set manually by entering the desired date in the “Close Date” field of the pricing agreement. Alternatively, it can be set automatically by selecting the “Auto Close Date” option in the same field. This will cause the agreement to close on the specified date, regardless of any changes made to its terms and conditions.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that setting an auto close date does not guarantee that the agreement will be closed on that date. If any changes are made to the agreement's terms and conditions, then the close date may need to be adjusted accordingly.

    Related Information:
